Fastrack-1952 is a high solids, low VOC, ready mixed, single component, water borne airfield and traffic marking paint.
The paint is intended for application on such traffic bearing surfaces, portland cement concrete, asphalt and previously painted areas of these substrates. The paint may be used either alone or to bind reflective beads.
TRAFFIC AND AIRFIELD MARKING PAINT
Suitable to be used on concrete, bituminous, brick or stone surfaces of airfields, highways, bridges, tunnels, streets or parking lots when applied at a proper wet film thickness by means of traffic striping equipment designed for water based paint.
The White and Yellow Paint stripes should preferably be reflactorized for night visibly by adding glass beads.

1. Steam clean old concrete surfaces to remove all dirt, grease, oil and other foreign matter.
2. Allow it to dry overnight.
3. New concrete must be cured at least 14 days and must be free of surface moisture.
4. Apply to clean concrete only. Do not use on concrete containing membranes or curing agents.
Apply under Normal conditions ie. 50 % relative humidity, moderates temperatures and slight breeze.
(A) Use normal precautions such as gloves, facemasks.
(B) Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
(C) Explosion proof lights & electrical equipment.
(D) Non-Sparking shoes & tools for workers in area.
(E) This product contains flammable materials. Forbid all flames, smoking and welding in work area.
(F) Avoid breathing of vapor, contact with skin or eyes. If product comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water and obtain medical attention.
