Packaging:
Available in 1 and 5 gallon short filled containers with a plastic bottle containing phosphoric acid. When phosphoric acid is added to the base component, it will make 1 and 5 gallons respectively.

Surface Preparation:
Remove all dirt, oil, grease, scale and rust. Sandblasting of surface is preferred. Wash primer must be applied to clean bare metal.

Mixing:
First, vigorously stir the base component. Then add the acid component while slowly stirring. Do not mix until ready to use, as Simflex-118 Chromate Free Wash Primer is most effective when freshly mixed and must be used within a few hours. The acid component is not a thinner and must be used exactly as directed.

Spray Equipment:
Devilbiss paint pressure pot with double regulators, MBC-510 gun, FX tip and needle, 705 air cap.

Application:
Apply in a wet thin film to a DFT of .3 to .5 mils. Do not exceed DFT of film, for it will impair adhesion of topcoats. Do not apply in temperatures below 40F.

Safety Precautions:
(A) Use normal precautions such as gloves, facemasks.
(B) Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
(C) Explosion proof lights & electrical equipment.
