Concrete: New concrete surfaces must be thoroughly cured and dried. Acid etch new concrete with 15% or 20% muriatic acid. The acid and particles loosened by it should be washed and scrubbed away with clear water. The pool should be permitted to dry thoroughly before applying any coat system. Painting on wet or damp concrete will result in premature coating failure. Existing painted surfaces must be clean, dry and free form all loose or peeling paint before painting.

Method of Application:
Brush, roller or spray. Application by brush is preferable. Give 12 to 24 hours of drying time between subsequent coats.

Safety Precautions:
Take these precautions during application and before the coating dries: Keep away from heat, spark, and flame. Avoid breathing of vapors or spray mist. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Keep containers sealed when not in use. In case of spillage, absorb and dispose of it in accordance with local applicable regulations. Do not take internally. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN. Use adequate ventilation. Prevent flames, sparks, welding and smoking. Use fresh air masks, protective clothing and explosion proof equipment.
