SIMLAC-700 FAST DRY INDUSTRIAL ENAMEL

Description: Simlac-700 is a fast drying gloss finish enamel designed for economical exterior performance and protection.

Principle Features: Provides excellent application characteristics compatible with most alkyd primers.

Color: Standard Colors as per color chart.
Weight per Gallon: Approximately 10.00 lbs. depending upon the color
Solid content by Volume: 45-48 %
Volatile Organic Compound (VOC; before thinning): 3.60 lbs./gallon
Theoretical Spreading Rate @1 MDFT: Approximately 750 square ft./gallon
Recommended Dry Film Thickness: 1.5 - 2.0 Mils
Drying Time (Dust Free): 2 Hours
Minimum Interval before Recoating: 6 Hours
Flash Point: 79F
Recommended Thinner: Xylene or T-1 Thinner

Recommended Substrate Conditions:
Steel:Apply over properly prepared primer or abrasive blast to a commercial finish in accordance with SSPC-SP6

Instructions for Use:
Pioneer agitates to uniform consistency using a "squirrel case" type mixer

Fluid Hose should be 3/8" I.D. with a maximum length of 50 feet. Pot should be at the same elevation as the spray gun.

(A) Use normal precautions such as gloves, facemasks.
(B) Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
(C) Explosion proof lights & electrical equipment.
(D) Non-Sparking shoes & tools for workers in area.
(E) This product contains flammable materials. Forbid all flames, smoking and welding in work area.
(F) Avoid breathing of vapor, contact with skin or eyes. If product comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water and obtain medical attention.
