Milvar-834 is a varnish suitable for mixing with aluminum paste, on the job, to make aluminum paint. The varnish is not intended to be used alone as a clear finish. The varnish is intended for making a general purpose paint suitable for use on such surfaces as metal, properly cured concrete and plastic, for exterior and interior use.

Prepare an appropriate quantity of aluminum paint by mixing the ingredients in the proportion given below:
|TT-P-320, Aluminum Paint:
|Class 1, Type-II:
Add the varnish gradually to aluminum paste, conforming to Type-II (Class 1 or 2) of TT-P-32 in the proportions given above.
The varnish is added in small amounts with vigorous stirring between additions until a uniform mixture is obtained.
Let the mixed paint stand for 10 minutes at the standard conditions before use.
(A) Use normal precautions such as gloves, facemasks.
(B) Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
(C) Explosion proof lights & electrical equipment.
(D) Non-Sparking shoes & tools for workers in area.
(E) This product contains flammable materials. Forbid all flames, smoking and welding in work area.
(F) Avoid breathing of vapor, contact with skin or eyes. If product comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water and obtain medical attention.
