Description: One component corrosion inhibitive alkyd primer for application to steel and aluminum surfaces particularly in marine services. Easy to apply (brush, roller or spray).

Recommended Uses: #84 Primer is suitable as an after blast or after pickling primer for plating, as an undercoat for alkyd enamels and for equipment where a quick drying primer is not required.

Conformance: The primer conforms to Federal Specification TT-P-645B, Formula #84 and is formulated to comply with air pollution regulations which contains VOC of 340 grm./ltr. as delivered and must not be thinned.

Surface Preparation:
(Ferrous Metal)
1. Round off all welds and sharp steel edges.
2. Remove all surface contaminants.
3. Be certain, surface is dry prior to coating.

Apply by brush, roller or spray.

Safety Precautions:
(A) Use normal precautions such as gloves, facemasks.
(B) Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
(C) Explosion proof lights & electrical equipment.
(D) Non-Sparking shoes & tools for workers in area.
(E) This product contains flammable materials. Forbid all flames, smoking and welding in work area.
(F) Avoid breathing of vapor, contact with skin or eyes. If product comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water and obtain medical attention.
